Meet the Founders
Jake Gierer
Co-Founder & Builder
Jake leads construction operations, field execution, and project delivery with a focus on high-quality spec homes. He is actively involved in every stage of the building process including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site quality control — ensuring each home is executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term durability.
With hands-on experience building and managing crews in the St. Louis area and broader entrepreneurial experience in construction operations, Jake brings a practical, ground-up understanding of how homes are built and how to run efficient, well-executed projects. His passion for homebuilding comes from a desire to raise the standard of residential construction and help fill the growing gap in quality, detail, and craftsmanship in today’s housing market.
Victoria Ochoa
Co-Founder & Designer
Victoria leads design coordination, client experience, and communication throughout the building process, with a primary focus on thoughtfully designed spec homes. Her decision to help build the company came from recognizing a gap in the construction industry around communication, attention to detail, and client experience — and a desire to help create a more intentional and seamless process from start to finish.
Victoria works closely with clients, designers, and trade partners to ensure each home is well-planned and well-executed — bridging the gap between design vision and construction reality with a strong emphasis on clarity, detail, and consistency throughout every project.
