Founded in Warsaw in 1998 by Marek Kowalski, Forma Construction Group has grown from a regional contractor into one of Central Europe’s most trusted construction companies.

25 YEARS OF GROWTH
1998
Foundation
Marek Kowalski founded Forma in Warsaw with a team of 12, completing the first residential project — a 40-unit apartment block in Mokotów district.
2003
First Major Commercial Contract
Secured and delivered the Vistula Office Center (18,000 m²) — Forma’s first major commercial project, establishing credibility in the B2B market.
2008
Infrastructure Expansion
Entered the civil engineering and public infrastructure sector, winning our first highway subcontract. Opened branch offices in Kraków and Wrocław.
2015
International Expansion
First international project in Czech Republic marks the beginning of European growth. Forma is now active in 12 countries, including Germany, Austria, and the Baltics.
2018
€100M Revenue Milestone
Annual revenue surpassed €100M for the first time. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications obtained, formalizing our commitment to quality and the environment.
2023
Green Build 2030 Initiative
Launched our sustainability roadmap committing to net-zero operations by 2030. Revenue reached €285M with a €510M forward order book. 47 active projects across Europe.
